  • Your Role Ezlo Innovation, a global provider of smart solutions for homes and businesses is looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Our aim is to make people’s lives easier and safer. You will be the first contact with our customers from around the world, ensuring top-quality assistance for our home automation platform and products. Responsibilities Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem, as well as guiding them through a series of actions to resolve it in a timely manner Troubleshooting technical issues Diagnosing and repairing faults Identifying and addressing hardware and software solutions Resolving networking issues Submitting replacement requests of the necessary parts Supporting the roll-out of new applications Testing and evaluating new devices Using a proper escalation process for cases that require higher Tier investigation and/or development Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved Requirements Knowledge of computer, Internet, network usage, configuration, troubleshooting and/or Technical Orientation. Customer-oriented thinking. Proficiency in English and Spanish (B2 or higher). Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Learning mindset and resourcefulness. The capability of searching solutions for new, unknown issues that may arise. Excellent interpersonal skills. Availability to work in shifts Desirable: Experience in customer service, tech support, IT support, computers maintenance, or a similar role is preferred. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Proficiency in Linux, Restful API’s and basic/medium knowledge of programming languages are a plus.
