  • We are a fast growing delivery company that serves South Florida (Miami - Fort Lauderdale - West Palm Beach) area. We are in need of a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative to answer phones and do basic scheduling transactions. The ideal candidate must be FULLY Bilingual in English/Spanish. Familiarity with the South Florida area will be highly desirable. This position is to work from your own home office.


    -Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) Native English preferred

    -Computer literate (Word, Excel, Web)

    -Excellent Customer Service skills


    Communication Skills: You will be listening and speaking to people by phone, Your ability to listen, speak plainly and communicate effectively will be necessary.

    Ability to Multitask: You will be scheduling deliveries, tracking driver's movements and keeping tabs on what customers need via phone/software App/email.

    Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to be able to prioritize the most important situations, and think quickly on your feet.

    This is NOT a Sales position


    $2.000,000,00 - Salary review after 6 months
