US firm seeks an experienced Flash Designer/Developer to create compelling, original designs for interactive platforms ranging from Web sites to Web-based application systems. This person is able to translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are appealing, easy to use and engaging. This person will have to work directly with the development team and be able to successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design and functionality.

Qualifications necessary:
• Experience designing motion graphics with Flash (minimum 4 years)
• Qualified candidates will have at least three years of professional and design/ development experience
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver is required.
• Solid understanding of Internet technologies (JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CGI, etc.)
• Client communications a must (able to read, write and speak in English)
• Ability to interpret client needs/expectations
• Able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
• Motivated, self-starting ability.
• Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, or a related discipline
